Confused
Im trying to track my ovulation and cycle with the Flo app cause im dreading coming back on hormonal contraception. I’ve only got my first period pp this month so I know it can be a bit tricky/irregular yet. However I’ve been taking ovulation tests everyday since my period stopped, and according to the app today is my ovulation day, however my ovulation test has been and still is negative today? I’m very confused

Check using your cervical fluid, that’s your body’s indicator and not the app.

Body basil temperature. Basically when ur getting close to ovulation your temperature should rise and no you can't use a regular thermometer it has to be a bbt 1 I got a premom one off Amazon for I think 8 bucks
