Women who aren't on birth control

I've been on some kind of birth control for way too long and after having my daughter, I don't want any more hormones. For those successfully non pregnant and not of birth control, what's the best way to track your cycle?

I use Flo to track my cycle and it’s really good, spot on for me, but I don’t use it as for protection

I dont track now but when I did I used Flo. It was always pretty much spot on. And I found the app easier to navigate than other apps.

I use the flo app. Although my body did something a bit different one month and now I’m pregnant. But for two years it was spot on for tracking my cycle and I never had any worries.

I used the MyFlo app before getting pregnant! I like it because it encourages cycle syncing your nutrition, exercises, activities, etc. based off of what phase you are in. I also tracked my cervical mucus to identify if I was in my fertile window!

You can use the Flo app but there’s also natural cycles which is even more in depth and thorough and accurate

I used natural cycles tracking my temperature 👍

I use the flo app, the only time I didn't check it..I fell pregnant 🤣 but still use it now and it's spot on. I only have 3 day periods too & it knows more about me than I do🤣

Anyone used Clue? I used to use it to track my periods but not as a natural preventative type thing.

Natural cycles all the way for me! Used for 2+ years to avoid pregnancy and then changed to plan pregnancy when we were ready for baby and plan to use once I've had our baby girl in July x

Thank you ladies, I used Flo when i wanted to get pregnant, still not 100% regular, so don't wanna trust it. I'll look at natural cycles too, maybe temperature tracking for now, until my period gets regular

If you don’t have a regular period def don’t do Flo. That’s how I got pregnant lol

Premom app with easy @ home LH test strips to really know your cycle in depth. After a few months the predictions should be extremely accurate if your cycle is regular. Rarely or occasionally a woman may ovulate earlier than anticipated, so for people tracking to prevent pregnancy some recommend to wait to have sexual intercourse 3 days after you ovulate up until your period every month. Less risky that way but totally upto you. It’s not 100% but i will never ever go back on birth control so I spent a lot of time reading up on this and I recommend you do too. The more in tune with your body you are the less likely you are to slip up. Goodluck!

Ovia app

Natural cycles was a god send for us. Take ur temperature every morning and LH tests every month and the app works out your algorithm. 2+ years no contraception or pregnancy. Great app

I used natural cycles before I was pregnant and then to help me get pregnant and will use it again after 😊
