I’m on ttc journey. Been 3 to 4 that I’m trying 😇 I’m also pcos victim. Need some tips !

Have you tried myo inositol. I also have PCOS and struggled for a few years then got pregnant within a month of taking it x

I have pcos, also recommend myo-inositol and I followed the SMEP method. Here's some info. https://www.motherandbaby.com/getting-pregnant/trying-to-conceive/smep-sperm-meets-egg-plan/ I looked back at my cycles over the last year and worked out the range of when I could ovulate to do SMEP method then rather than the whole cycle.

The month I used preseed I fell pregnant so I swear by that 😂
