Trying to get pregnant naturally until I can get on Letrozole.

Hello, So I was told that I can’t get on Letrozole until I get my BMI under 40! I have another appointment set with a different doctor. But in the meantime my plan in the mean time is to try taking some vitamins/meds I’ve seen other PCOS girlies take. I plan to take: - EU Natural Conception For Her - Prenatal w/ Folic Acid (recommended by my doctor) - Metformin (this has been helping me lose weight and has been helping keep my weight down) - Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol (take this due to the EU natural not having enough of this specifically in there!) - try and track Basal body temp - Track ovulation with test strips If anyone else has any tips and sticks to help me please feel free to comment or has been on ANY of these and can share their experience that would be awesome! I wish baby dust on all mamas to be❤️😊. I’m hoping to get pregnant before Letrozole!

Really odd one but try a fertility lubricant even if you don’t normally use lube

I didn’t think of that and lol What makes it odd? Additional this is the first time I’m really trying to become pregnant so I to try things that will help I’m only doing the metformin and prenatal because that’s the doctors recommendation! The other two I’ve seen other Pcos girls have great success with after doing my research I thought I’d give it a try 😊❤️.

Regular exercise 4-5 times per week, something that won’t raise your heartbeat through the roof as that tends to spike insulin and make symptoms worse for PCOS. So avoid things like running or HIIT. Weight training or walking is ideal. Also aiming to do 10k steps per day, minimum 2litres of water intake per day, and 8 hours high quality sleep per night

Have you got any kids already? Will this be the first time using Letrozol for you ?

@Daria this will be my first time and no I don’t have kids this will be the first I have a doctors appointment on Thursday with a reproductive endocrinologist
