What do you do when you start losing hope ..

Anyone else get scared or worried sometimes that it’s never going to work … that you missed your chance and you might be the one that never gets that dream.. lately I have been really worried. I’m worried it’s to late I’m 39 and everything looked fine but I don’t seem to be responding to IVF as well as others and my hope is suddenly so low.

It's so difficult to keep positive. It took us 11 different transfers until we finally got our rainbow, each time after a fail or another miscarriage I would take a few months break and focus on us as a couple trying to improve my mental state. I was also talking with a fertility psychologist and doing acupuncture on a regular basis to help with my stress levels.

@Sharon that’s sounds like so much to go through . I’m so glad you got your rainbow baby ! So it was all worth it . The problem is this is my worry at my age I don’t have time for 11 transfers or to wait months in between .. that causes far more stress and feels like I’m wasting time. Also unfortunately financially we couldn’t fund that amount . Which adds even more pressure. I would happily do as many rounds as it takes but I’m not in the position for that so the pressure feels even more .

I've recently turned 41 so there is still hope for you 💜

@Sharon thank you 🥰 Sorry I’m having such a hard couple of days and struggling to shake it . I appreciate your messages .

Absolutely no need to apologise 💜

I also feel in the same boat. It’s such a test and just isn’t fair sometimes! Keep going and I hope you get there x

@Sharon @Natalie @Helena Hi ladies Thank you so much for your kind words. Been a rough few days and these messages have really helped. ❤️

I'm only 31 and I feel hopeless and scared, currently in my TWW after my third round of IVF and feeling very low 😣
