Letrozole

So basically I took low dose of letrozole , metformin etc none of them worked but then got pregnant only because we did IVF (took all the drugs). it was classified by the dr as a failed cycle due to only producing 2 small eggs so we didn’t have an egg retrieval . We were told to not have sex and wait next month for another cycle and to start taking all the drugs again. We did have sex and got pregnant. Issue is to get pregnant again I already know nhs won’t fund another cycle but does anyone know if GP can prescribe letrozole ? I’d like to try again since I’ve now gotten my period but know I don’t ovulate naturally. ( tried naturally for 3 years).

The GP won’t prescribe letrozole but you should still be able to get it through the clinic, I know I was able to get it even though I wasn’t eligible for ivf

Ah great thank you but my clinic already discharged us because we got pregnant .

I had a miscarriage and called them back and they continued my letrozole treatment even though they knew I was pregnant

So sorry for your loss, hope you’re doing okay . will try to see if I Can get referred again back to the clinic.
