Implant

Hi guys so I has my implant in nov 2022. And I didn’t get my period for more than a year. However for the past I’d say 3 to 4 months I get my period. The thing is that I get every one half to two weeks. For like 3 days and then it stop. Is it Period or am I bleeding. I don’t know. I would really appreciate if anyone can help. Thank you
