Helpp please, getting stressed and upset as cant work out my ovulation date
I had a positive OPK on Monday 13th and also Tuesday 14th (used the strips and clear blue digital) so I presumed I ovulated around 15th/16th but NC says I ovulated Monday based on my BBT.
Anyone help and know when my ovulation date is likely to be? If I got my peak Monday surely I can’t of ovulated the same day?

@Lucy my peak according to the strip and a digital test was Monday 13th and thats the day natural cycles is saying i ovulated because of my BBT so im confused. I thought i would have ovulated on 14th or 15th. The 14th i still had a smiley which is peak on a new digital test.

You usually ovulate 24/36 hours after your peak and your egg is usually there for 12-24 hours. So you could have ovulated on 14/15th of May, but you can still get pregnant on the days leading up to ovulation. It's best to have sex every other day in your fertile window and then on the day of and day after ovulation, if you can. Hope this helps 😊
