Helppp im stressing and getting upset as I cant work out my ovulation 🥺
I had a positive OPK on Monday 13th and also Tuesday 14th (used the strips and clear blue digital) so I presumed I ovulated around 15th/16th but NC says I ovulated Monday based on my BBT.
Anyone help and know when my ovulation date is likely to be? If I hit my peak Monday I didn’t think ovulation would be the same day?

You can also get peaks throughout your ovulation period and not ovulate so defo follow the temp rise xx
@Shannen yeah my temp rise is usually do between 7-8am every morning and theres been two times in last 3 month i had a sleep in after a night out and i did my temp but ticked to say hungover so that it excludes it. Its so frustrating trying to get it right, i get peoples opinions, try and follow it for the next cycle and then something else happens to throw me off 🙈 and then people say try not too stress about it but its so hard 😂 x

I wouldn’t bother with the strips at all. NC is perfect for temp and is true. I used to get positive tests and then only ovulate 3/5 days later than that! I’d just do one or the other. I conceived by giving up the strips and just doing nc having sex every other day until my period started xx
