Ovulation testing did I miss peak

We only BD yesterday because I had a peak that morning! However today on my expected ovulation day my LH is low? Is this normal should I still BD today? Or have I missed the peak

You peak and then it drops so yesterday was your peak and most people take the day after as ovulation day. So today is ovulation day. I'd BD tonight and tomorrow as well if you can. Any BD in the 5 days before is a chance too. Have a look at the SMEP method as I found it very successful.

@Tanya we BD last night on CD 24 as that morning I had a peak! But as you can see today CD25 is low again, so I wasn’t sure if that’s normal to happen and it’s worth still BD tonight too? It was my first month testing and I couldn’t BD C23 as I was away! So only did yesterday and was going to today but then I saw it’s dropped and wasn’t sure if it’s worth still trying tonight?

Yeah generally you ovulate roughly 24-36 hours after you have your peak so I would deffo BD again today

@Chelsea so would you say the ovulation strip being low today is normal? And I should still try tonight regardless

Once you have a peak on LH strip tests, you will ovulate between 8-20 hours after. Your peak is showing at 11am yesterday so you’ll likely have ovulated last night/this morning. It’s normal for your LH to drop on day of predicted ovulation. Some peoples comes down slowly and others have a quick spike up then right back down again. That’s exactly how my tests go. So totally normal and a good sign x

Yeah it does drop right down after your peak, that’s kinda how you know it was your peak. Good luck ☺️

@Samantha that’s really helpful thank you! We did BD last night! And il try again today even though my level are back to usual ones today!! But as you said it’s normal for them to spike them drop and that’s what I wanted to find out! Thank you so much!

Deffo go again today girl! ✨✨
