CM during ovulation

I know some people swear by it but I personally don’t. I think mine is also the same all the time so I never trust it to see what time of the cycle I’m in. I just track with ovulation test strips

Mine doesnt tend to change much, i have milky colour disharge day or two after ovulation and gets thicker/creamier closer to my period. I do get egg white CM but not a lot of it compared to what ive heard from others. Usually its the day before/day of ovulation but its always minimal x

Honestly… tmi but for me🙄 It’s just like one day a month (sometimes lasts two days) and it’s really just like I was turned on or something without stimulation. Like damp a little bit 🫣 I never paid any real attention to it until our ttc journey. Now that I’m almost a year postpartum it was my first symptom I was ovulating! Only reason I knew to start testing again after having and breast feeding my son.
