Try not to worry. With my first it took us exactly a year. I said to my husband I needed a break from trying and it was that month I fell pregnant. With my second they arrived a year earlier than originally planned. 🤣
Take heart. It's only been four months. We took five second time. I would try for 7/8 months and then go to the docs but it's meant to be fine to try for up to a year.
I would REALLY recommend the premom app mixed with the easy@home ovulation strips you can get from Amazon. You use the app to scan the strips and add in your period dates and it calculates everything for you. My friend recommended it to me (it took her 3 cycles to fall pregnant) and it took me 2 cycles after using this to fall pregnant and I am due my second baby in less than 2 weeks. I found the app brilliant and really helped me to identify my ovulation window (and also read that having sex before you hit your peak can increase chances, rather than waiting for the peak and then having sex). I recommend fertility lube! We used conceive plus. Worth a shot I think if you feel you’re already trying all the other tricks. I also really like the clear blue ovulation tests with the smiley faces. I personally found them much easier to understand and catch my fertile window. X
