Yes absolutely fine, we undergo IVF in Spain. We got told we could fly home within 24 hours of transfer.

Yes, I flew 3 days after my first transfer, but after my 2nd I plan to fly even before that

I did my ivf in turkey and was told I can fly back after 2 day!
