Period swimwear
Since having my LO my periods have been awful - lasting about a month each which is very annoying and I'm EBF and on the depo injection which used to stop my periods entirely. Anyway my question is, has anyone used period swimwear? What's your thoughts and recommendations? Im really struggling with using tampons (probably shouldn't be using them at all) for when I take my LO swimming so trying to find an alternative

Yes please tahtd be amazing! I've never used period clothing, I've thought about but just never bothered but really considering giving the swimwear a try x
Modibodi is the one I’d recommend for swimwear, it says to hold up to 8 tampons worth/8 teaspoons worth of liquid so I think that’s great! Xxx
It’s quite pricey tho about £35 for the bottoms and then having to buy the top separately but i know if I’m wearing a swimsuit anyway I usually don’t match or just wear the same colour and go cheap on the top lol xx

I think there rlly good tbh period clothing I’m not rlly clued up on swimwear but I can say that primark do period shorts and I would still wear a pad in them but u don’t have to and I think there rlly good. I know another mum who relies on period swimswesr and she swears by it I can send you the link if your looking for a good brand x
