Your husband would take Sudefed and of course have sex a lot while you’re ovulating.. it causes more sperm to be produced. It often helps a lot for men with low sperm count

Yes but in general, for every man it will push more sperm out

It helps the bladder to stay closed. So it seems that infertility due to things other than retrograde ejaculation wouldn’t benefit from Sudafed x

Does your husband have retrograde? If you are using Sudafed there is a whole protocol before IUI for example to neutralise the ejaculation as urine is in there. Have a was about it. If he doesn’t have retrograde, clinics usually advise impryl or proxeed to help with male sperm counts amongst a few other things, plus lifestyle optimisation x
