Vibrators of course- i found the type at sex shops are not reliable though but Adam & Eve online is okay meaning they last at least 6-12 months. I would try that & look into medical grade vibrating dilators. Those last longer. Get water proof vibrating ones if you do, or try those bullets you can just strap on. The difference is the bullets only stimulate the clitoris & the larger vibrators can stimulate internally too.
