inhixa injection

Good morning guys. Is anyone else on these blood thinner injections? I’ve been taking asprin but after my consultation they put me on these and I know one of the side effects is spotting. Due to previous miscarriages, I’m just so worried all the time and I don’t think this helps! I’m 19 weeks today.

Is this the enoxaparin one? I’m on Inhixa enoxaparin injection and have been since 8 weeks pregnant, I’m now 33 weeks. I’ve never had any spotting just some bruising which they said could happen. I do mine twice a day and haven’t had any problems. It’s safer to be on the injections than not. Hope that helps x

Does anyone know if you can still have an epidural whilst being on these injections? I’ve been given them today & dreading injecting myself every day! I’m 32 weeks x

@Courtney you can’t have it while still taking the injections so you’ve got to stop the injections a certain amount of time before getting epidural to prevent bleeding. Think it’s 24 hours before x
