Possibly a dumb Period question
Do some periods get less heavy as you get older?
So I’m currently 28 my periods through my teens were fairly heavy, since I was 22 my period seem to have lightened I have been on birth control both Depo injection and contraceptive pill but when I came off the Depo September 2021 my period has was been more light since coming
Currently I have 9 mth old twins (I’ve been on the contraceptive pill since having them) my the recent period seems to be lighter again (started on the Wednesday heavy then lightened again on the Thursday) also even on the pill it seems to start later in the week when it use to start from the last day I take the last pill of the pack
I have no concerns just curious

@Sophia when I was on the Depo my periods did vanish
It was also the first 3 months pp. I honestly think it’s just hormones. Could be what your eating/weight loss or gain. Could be anything really, I don’t see it as a negative sign for anything!

It’s most likely just your hormones, I’ve always had super light periods but while on depo it was awful.
