Cervix check?

With mines my midwife says they don’t start checking anything until you get to 40weeks, it was just the normal check same as the rest for me heart rate, blood pressure, urine and measured bump

I only got mine checked a few times, But that was when i was around 32-34 weeks pregnant and i had her a month early.

I’d say it just depends on the doctor, My baby had to come early due too our sugar level’s & preeclampsia. She was 13 lbs at 32 weeks

I didn't have any cervix checks until I was in labor( I was induced ) you can deny cervix check since they're not necessary

I should add I’m getting induced on the 29th at 37w due to gestational hypertension so unsure if they will even do a check?

You can ask for it, if that’s what you want! Doctors don’t mind doing it but they usually don’t til about 36 weeks

My midwife doesn’t start checking until 38 weeks

I got mine checked at 37 weeks for both my babies.

I started getting mine checked at 36 weeks. You don't have to get it checked at all. I decided to because I want to know how far I've come. I'm onlynat a 1.5 and I'm 39 weeks tomorrow.

I got mine checked at 38 weeks. I went today for my 39 week appointment and they did it again.

I don’t know about your center but at 36 weeks they usually do a swab test if you’re ok with it.
