Worries

Hi all, I’m sure I’m not the only one but I am so anxious and nervous now I’m TTC after a mc. Of course I’d like another baby as I’m blessed to have a 2yo daughter, but the worry and nerves I feel during the 2 week wait is awful. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how they get through it? I’m really trying to give myself a break and not worry so much. Thank you in advance. X

Literally no advice, it’s so hard. I’m due on on Saturday and I’m on the edge. Had a miscarriage in October after taking 9 months to get pregnant and still trying now. I have an 8 year old already who’s desperate for a brother or sister and it kills me it’s taking us so long to get there. I’ve deleted all tracking apps, and only come on here for reassurance that it’s not just me who feels this way! I’ve tried to not think about it however it’s impossible! Just wanted to say you’re not alone xx

@Bethan Hi, I am so sorry you going through that. I was on the same boat, in Nov last year I Micarried and before that too 8 months before. Unfortunately, Doctors had an Idea of what was going on but I was advise to wait as there hasn't been any instruction on how to but a shot I need to make sure my blood type [O-] makes antibodies and do allow me to carry baby if they aren't O- too. I was given the Rhogam shot on Dec 6 after my hcg was low enough I was advised to wait the first cycle before conceiving I decided to conceive on the cycle and in the meantime I track everything like Ovu, temp ect, I took prenatals, and hubby too but vitamins for men for 30 days with me before trying. I also eat a lots of veggies & healthy meals full of minerals, Smoothies,Then when I got the green light I tried again of Feb 24 to 28 and in March 8 I had a faint line [9DPO] then line got darker. I was advised to wait til I'm 12 weeks to for ultrasound and I'm currently waiting for next week's appt. God Bless You Always !🙏🏾

Thank you both for your responses. I think I will delete the tracking apps as I have an idea of ovulation times and it’ll take away the constant checking! I love a smoothie but wouldn’t hurt to have more and eat healthier

The checking the app was obsessive with me, in the end I just roughly guessed when I was ovulating based on my mood and CM and I did a few OPK just to check I was heading in the right direction and then now I just have to wait. I do think I feel better for not having the apps to be honest too. I know Saturday is 4 weeks from when I last came on so I’m aiming for Saturday as a period date. I’m keeping everything crossed it’s our month 🤍

Awesome 👌🏾👏🏽 then, you soon will be pregnant ! @Hannah.🙏🏾 Patience & Hope are the Keys. God Bless You Always!🙏🏾
