I got told a good tip, if the contractions/hicks get so intense you struggle to type during them and they’re 5mins apart that’s a good sign to go get checked out. This worked for me but obviously everyone is different. Trust your instincts and keep calm so that if they’re contractions they’ll come quicker with a relaxed body xx
