Mother’s Day Gift

Maybe I sound ungrateful, but I’ve been with my husband almost a decade and he seems to be terrible at giving gifts to me-despite me giving pointers. I’m not an expensive girl and honestly a nice card, breakfast in bed and flowers are good enough for me. It’s just annoying that he gets me gifts that I would neverrrrrr wear. He knows I don’t like silver and he gets me a necklace with the 3 of us on there, but I would NEVER wear it. Am I ungrateful for feeling this way. I just wish he gifted me based on me and it seems like he doesn’t know me smh

I don’t think you’re being ungrateful. It’s hard when it feels like they don’t know you well enough to get you a gift. Maybe start a running gift list of things you think would be nice to have and he can pick something from that and you’re guaranteed to like it

Happy Mother’s Day!!! Yes I have heard of gift lists too!! I get ya girl my man is soo simple and doesn’t get me at all at least you got a necklace of your kiss I got a set of cheese boards as nice as they are….. and another gift he got me a portable grill I think that was for him… ( I am like so now we’re going to take the grill baby to dogs food and all the other supplies and hike to the dunes to cook which I love to do but since he’s a chef I am not allowed to mess with the way he does things so my culinary voice is gone for a bit any sounds like a lot of work. For a gift

And my man, “the chef” and I didn’t even get a cooked or purchased first Mother’s Day breakfast in bed…..just sayin

The only lesson in this is that I am going to raise my son with manners and to be a sweetest most amaizing boy….and my son BEST mother’s DAY GIFT EVER! Fed him roasted carrots and cinnamon big laughs shrills and smiles music to my ears ! Enjoy your day mamas!go hug your babies for me😍
