Sexual frustration

I haven’t seen baby dad in a while because we don’t get a long but I’m so sexually frustrated. What does anyone else do just call baby dad for a quickie or try to let it go?I’ve tried and it’s so hard

Self love, my baby’s dad left me January, he’s on his 2nd relationship since and it’s been hard doing it all alone but self love helps for them times you just have that urge
