I had a nutristist to help me out ivf / PCOS wise as I have insulin resistance so I know it isnt exactly type 1 diabetics but happy to recommend the nutristist she recommends best supplements / herbals to take while going through ivf with your diabetes, helped me massively and I’m 30 weeks with my 4th FET with my rainbow baby ❤️
