So my daughter is 3, and i haven't been with her sprem donor since she was 8 or 9 weeks old. His mother made him stay away from her till they got a dna tha5 isnt liable in court i mind you and at first they seen her all the time over time they started to see uer less or make up excuses on why they couldnt come the vist days were always the same and never changed. Im 27 weeks pregnant and have been trying to get my house ready for baby. This is how she messages me the days and times should be there there are days between checking on her and after i respond shes over it. Its like my toddler is a shiny new toy that is played with while brand new then over time it gets pushed further back and played with less and it breaks my heart i honestly dont know what to do anymore her sprem donor isnt on her birth certificate its just me idk if he actually has rights or if im the only one with them. I don’t think either party is making it very easy. No one seems willing to make the effort on you or their end. What do you mean sperm donor? Like you couldn’t get pregnant so you got help and that’s the sperm donors mother?

No he has no legal right to the child if not on certificate or hasn’t filled out an affidavit of parentage after the fact. Also mean he as no obligations either unfortunately

Honestly she asked multiple times what day is good to see her and you never gave her one until months later
