Contraception

What type of contraception are people on? I currently take the mini pill but feel it’s effecting my hormone levels too much. I’d love not to take any contraception but we’re not quite ready for baby no. 2 yet so I’m not sure I feel safe on nothing. I’ve only ever taken the pill or had the implant so just wondering if I’m better trying something else?

Me personally didn’t use anything and followed the Flo app with regards when my fertility was high. You can 100% tell the difference with your body/hormones and libido when you do take anything. I would never go back to using anything either. Unpopular opinion but the pull out method has always worked for us.

Comdoms and femidoms are a good contraception that don't include anything that could mess with your natural body. Me and my husband used tracking my period for two years in between our two but we also didn't mind if we did end up pregnant as it's definitely not 100% effective 😂 but it worked for us.

I 2nd the pull out method. I've never been on a hormonal contraception, always used condoms but since being with my partner, pull out method has worked for us especially when tracking my own cycle and understanding the higher fertility days etc

I track my ovulation like I did when we were trying and use condoms when ovulating. Has worked so far haha
