PP period
Hey girls, I’m now 7 weeks pp and just come on my period. I’m waiting for my postnatal check up which is in a weeks time but am I allowed to use tampons again??

I came on at 7 weeks, and I used tampons ☺️ I checked with my GP at the time and she said it was fine x

It can definitely be your period (referring to comment above) I stopped bleeding from my c section around 5 weeks then got my period back at 7 weeks pp and I was exclusively breastfeeding. Not getting your period when you’re breastfeeding is also a myth. You should be healed after 6 weeks so technically should be able to use a tampon, I personally didn’t for a while though as my period came back super heavy for months so I’d just leak out of tampons really quick 😫
