@Tilly I wish I had done mine monthly but at the time thought that wouldn't be realistic for when I did go back fully. Slightly regretting it now x
I’ve done 4 kit days so far. I planned to do them when I dropped to statutory maternity pay to boost money so I’m doing 1 day a week up until the end of June and then have given myself July and most of August off to enjoy summer while I’m back on holiday pay. It felt horrible to begin with but it’s quite nice having a day where your not thinking about bottles, nappies, weaning x
I've done one this week to meet my HR cut off and got another on Monday to be paid in June. I'm going mine from home just for a few hours while my parents look after my daughter. Don't feel guilty, we've all got to do what we need to and those few extra £ will be much appreciated
I start mine at the end of this month I’m doing 1 day a week up until I go back in August. My little boy will be 8 months when I go back to work. Don’t feel guilty at all, you have to do what you have to do xx
I have done 7 now - managed to do a few from home too. Wanted to spread it out before I return. Such good extra money too!
I’ve had the conversation with work this morning about doing a KIT day in June, think I’m going to do one a month until I go back in October just to get back in the swing of things but dreading leaving my LG for a full day to work 😭 x
