Birth control

Is pulling out birth control? I hate birth control and I want more kids so I haven't pushed my hubby to get a vasectomy. Does anyone use apps to track their period and had success not getting pregnant?

Pulling out is not 99% birth control effective. I would not advise that because the slightest of sperm can get u pregnant. I say use condom. Except u are checking for ovulation with ur urine and the app. You can sure when you safest day. I tried the pull out method that failed for me

Pulling out is not being open to life if you are talking about religion. Its not "birth control" either. Birth control is barrier methods such as condoms. Although often hormonal "birth control" is labeled that but I find that misleading cause it isn't always effective at stopping ovulation. So then you might get pregnant not know and the hormonal "birth control" causes the child to be unable to attach to the wall of the uterus. Or if they do attach causes early miscarriage.

@Lauren wow. That is incredibly incorrect. I can’t even begin to explain to you how that’s all wrong. Maybe do a little more reading on what birth control does and its types.

@Naomi I have and I am not wrong. If you think I am wrong explain why instead of just insisting.

I can tell you right now nothing is 100% effective. I was on birth control and using condoms but boom 9 months later my son arrived (I even took a plan b because the father and I split during the week he was conceived, and wanted no part with that boy anymore, I’m not calling him a man he doesn’t deserve that. But it’s cool he doesn’t want a part of my son’s life which is okay with me, I rather have a positive male influence then what his sperm donor would’ve been.

My first kid was conceived via pull out method lol although we did fine for a few years with it but eventually it can happen. I tracked my ovulation when we were trying for the most recent baby and we conceived the first try. I use the Flo app and it was accurate for us.
