@Amy yeah, no registry sadly. Right now I'm thinking a board game, cos that's good family fun. Not sure which one yet.
I'd give a gift card as well since you don't know his interests. If you'd really like to give a toy or game instead, I'd recommend giving them a gift receipt too in case they already have something similar
