Messed up!!
Information overload got the better of me! Accidentally took first round of letrozole for 10 days instead of 5🤦🏻♀️😭 clinics receptionist told me I’ve messed everything up, that there’s no point in me having any blood tests done now and I’ve just got to wait and see if I get a period again. 3 weeks I have to wait to give them a call😔 feel like she’s just kicked me whilst I’m already down

@Tiffany thank you! Yeah she was definitely over reacting for sure! I googled online and some people do 5 days and some people do 10 days of letrozole. Just a waiting game now, receptionists are so rude sometimes x
They might be worried you’ll have overstimulated and if there’s more than two mature follicles they would cancel the cycle and tell you to avoid sex. Really they should scan and check though
@Emma she told me I wouldn’t ovulate but I did in the end. Just on the 2 week wait now. Then will ring if I get a negative test because she said to ring if I don’t get a period and if I do get one. Just so overwhelming x

I have had low response months were I had to take more doses after the initial ones didn't do anything/enough. I feel like she is majorly overreacting. I'm guessing the testing would be to confirm ovulation or check for pregnancy in which event that may need to wait a month if they aren't willing to move forward with the plan but if the goal is a pregnancy then I wouldn't count yourself out based on taking it for longer than anticipated.
