Been told to take aspirin but what are the risks everything I’m reading is very conflicting

@Emma the risks of taking aspirin
It’s a low dose so very minimal. I’ve been on it since 20 weeks. Take after food to avoid stomach upset, you will likely come out with a few bruises a little more easily but other than that the benefits by far outweigh any risks
@Emma my scan showed a bleed would this not make it worse?
Iv just been told by my midwife not to take aspirin this time
Waiting until after my 20 week scan already had a bleed and don’t want anything else to happen
I had bleeding and spotting all the way through the first trimester but since starting aspirin, it hasn’t come back at all, so it wouldn’t affect your lining/cause a bleed in that way I wouldn’t have thought?
