i add a tbs of brewers yeast ( the ingredient that makes lactation snacks what they are) to my oatmeal and i drink lots of coconut water and coconut milk. also calcium increases supply so i take a calcium supplement since im dairy free!
Body armor! It’s made with coconut water! Not just oatmeal but anything in general with oats! Coconut milk is delicious and you get your calories plus a yummy drink. My supply has definitely increased since I brought those into my diet. Also heard Guinness zero. It’s pretty much fermented oats!
I've heard coconut water is meant to be really good, could try adding it to things as well like porridge
Honestly just a normal, nutritionally dense diet with plenty whole natural foods and vitamins plus plenty water will do you fine. Your body is made to produce milk, don’t worry about all these extra products. It’s mainly marketing. Just fuel your body respectfully and keep that water intake up!! You’ve got this 💕
