Injections!!

I've been dreading this appointment for the past week! I hate seeing him cry and in pain, appointment is in 1 hour, what can I do to make it easier?

I have no tips but we also have the jabs this morning!! Taking my mum so she can do the hard parts and I’ll just help with the cuddling parts after! Can’t stand holding her still whilst she’s getting them😭I’m dreading the aftermath too and the poorly baby😭sorry I’m absolutely no help lol

My son sobbed during each one but it was over very quickly and nothing a biscuit and a cuddle couldn't fix and then some milk and Calpol when we got home. I was expecting him to be a grump all day but he was absolutely fine all day

@YazmynJade was he ill a week or so later, like they advise they might be?

My little girl did cry but it was over so quickly and she was just happy to be walking about the room again. Even went back into the room on our way out the building so clearly didn't scar her. Be brave mum and give lots of cuddles.

@Megan my girl had hers done on Thursday and has been so clingy and miserable since, she’s had a temperature for the last couple of days too

@Ebony she cried before they even went near (weird how she knew!!) and was okay until she’s just woke from her nap screaming because of her legs hurting. So sad for her:(

@Megan yeah he was poorly for a couple days but nothing major just a bit moody and a slight temp but other than that he was normal he's just going into the 3rd week now where they apparently can get a bit sick again but so far so good
