@Libby I downloaded the app the day I ordered the kit 😅 I discovered that it's just a defective device, I had it on the charger for 8 hours while I was at work and it didn't charge at all, I messaged support and they told me to record a video of it not working and they will verify everything to replace it
Oh bugger. Hope tou get it sorted.
You have to download the app etc first then turn it on, if that doesn't work you mat have to let it charge up for a few hours.
