Pcos girls tips and advise

I need tips and advise on how to manage a healthy life style! I was diagnosed with pcos this year a few months after I had my son which was very much of a shock for me as I never even thought of knew I had it !? I’ve always had regular periods even after having my son but by time January come they started to become slightly delayed but I will still having them up until now! I’m doing everything to help regulate them such as taking hormone balancing vitamins eating a healthy diet and exercising daily but still no period .. generally feel like all my efforts are just pointless at this point😫

I have pcos, I went over 8 months without a period. I went to the doctor and told me I most likely just need to lose weight. They recomended the Keto diet. I did it for 2 months, lost 15-20 pounds and got my period back. But not sure how regular they are because I got pregnant right after the first period I got back. And now I’m on birth control.

I’ve had pcos over 8 years now & I start taking vit d, nac, lcarnitine, inistol as well conceive plus bundles- I also drink lemon water in morn- lost a lot of weights and feel my symptom are so controlled compared to before.

Go see a reproductive endocrinologist. They are probably the best medical professionals to help you treat pcos OBs usually push BC which masks problems. Or try a naturopath.

I have pcos and most of the women in my family do. My periods had always been irregular since I started at the age of 11 up until the age of 22 when I switched to a vegan diet. I tried different pills, went to doctors, did a bunch of tests, scans honestly it was all a waste of time. I found managing my stress levels, limiting caffeine and alcohol and then cutting meat and dairy out of my diet the only solution to fixing any problems I was having. I also try to avoid gluten the week before my period as it makes the inflammation worse. Now my periods are regular and light, not very painful and I've had no issues with fertility or pregnancy either. If you had your son fairly recently your hormones will still be changing and trying to balance themselves so try to be patient ❤️

I have pcos, I went about 5 years without getting a period, I tried absolutly everything out there. My Dr however prescribed me one course of pills and it brought my periods back on, I cannot remember for the love of me what they're called again
