Yes! The peak means you will ovulate on 12-36 hours. So now is definitely a good time. Id bd today and tomorrow if you can. Once you've ovulated the egg doesn't last long so that's why "up to ovulation" is the highest chance instead of just any time around ovulation.
@Taylor according to my app im due to ovulate around 14th to 15th May so would you start BD maybe 5-7 days before even if you dont have a peak result? As i know the sperm can last a few days can’t it?
Oh, I thought the photo of the test you posted was from today. Apps are notoriously bad at predicting ovulation. Your ovulating timing can always change/get delayed by illness, stress, etc. But yes, sperm can last up to 5 days in your reproductive tract during your fertile window, and if you have fertile quality cervical fluid. You could start BD every other day a few days after your period is done or ~5-7 days before your predicted ovulation. But I'd still recommend taking to ovulation tests and making sure you BD the day of and the day after you get a peak on your ovulation test.

The ovulation test show the peak of LH hormone which leads to ovulation. Ovulation is then expected with the next 24 hours. This is the best window to get pregnant.
