Donor conceived baby

I'm just wondering if anyone has had problems receiving family tax benefit a and family tax benefit b while on centerlink . I want to get exemption from donor paying any child support. Can I just tell centerlink that the donor was an anonymous donor and get a stat Dec saying that then they will accept that and I will still get family tax benefit one the baby is born .
