Test twice a day morning and night and disregard what flo says, download Premom and log the strips in and it’ll help identify your peak x
@Sam this! It's exactly what I did.
I learned I ovulate the same week I started my period so during the luteal phase, Flo is not accurate definitely trust the ovulation test strips over the app
Sperm can live up to five days, so you are fertile before you ovulate. Flo is also an estimation based on averages, it can't know for sure what is going on in your body.
Flo is an app. It is an estimate. Every body is different. A test takes into account your actual hormones. But also not that you may miss your hormone peak if you are only testing once a day. I'd recommend getting a bag of strips off Amazon or something so you can test often.
