@Cassie thank you 🫶🏼
I had awful intrusive thoughts when I gave birth, which resorted in me obsessing and making things worse in my own mind. Please seek help 🩷
Hi joy, you can pm me if you’d like we can talk if you don’t want to post everything in detail here but please as a mother who walked into postpartum and depression with my first child and blacked out completely for months.. I beg you.. please let your doctor know. It makes all the difference love ❤️
Unfortunately this is very common the first year with my daughter I never felt like she was my daughter. It felt more like if I was babysitting her since I was taking care of her but never felt the love and mother connection. I would recommend you to talk to a psychologist and be straight forward from the start that you don’t want medication. Also you can talk to a life coach that is woman/moms based. Message me if you ever need to talk🫶🏻
You absolutely need to talk to someone! Your doctor. They will know if you need to try a medication and what it would be. There is no shame in asking for help mama! I had these when I was pregnant but luckily they went away after he was born. It’s gonna be ok but totally reach out for help.
