Is there a virus going around?

My daughter was fine Saturday, Sunday morning she wasn't in the mood to do anything (which is not like her). She then threw up and I thought it was just that but she's pretty much been like this for the past few days. She has no appetite, tired, has a sporadic fever, and will throw up. Does anyone know if there's a virus going around? I thought it was a stomach flu but it's a bit more than a stomach flu
