New Rashes on back

Hey mommies, I am a first time mom and I am seeing these new rashes on my 6 month old boy since yesterday. I am applying ceraVe moisturiser on it. Have anyone of you seen these and can help understand? I have asked the Pediatrician as well but would get the response hopefully by Monday. Thanks in Advance
