Seed cycling

Has anyone with a short luteal phase tried seed cycling? When did you switch to the other seeds? In a more regular cycle it would be day 14ish but with a short luteal phase if I switch at ovulation I might not be taking the other seeds for very long. I’ve read somewhere that you can switch around day 14 anyway as a way to support your hormones and hope that brings some regularity to the cycle. What are your thoughts?

Thanks- I also have a short luteal phase but first I have heard of seed cycling. Taking supplements, made dietary changes and practice meditation to try to lengthen the luteal phase- not sure if it has worked as yet

I’m taking supplements too, cut out caffeine and alcohol and I’ve been doing yoga for fertility videos. I’ve been liking seed cycling so far, not sure if it’s working yet, but I guess seeds are good for you no matter what 💛

I got pregnant on the 3rd month after starting seed cycling but I’m not sure how much it contributed being honest. I don’t think I was ovulating properly the first 2 months (mmc in May, seeds from August, conceived October). I strongly believe it was eating carrots every couple of days that helped me definitely ovulate - the only thing I did differently that month, plus laid with my legs propped up for 20mins after dtd. Google carrots and sweet potatoes! X

Sorry, to answer your question properly, the times I switched to my other seeds I guessed at day 10. Wishing you all the best xx

Thanks! I am also on an anti-inflammatory diet due to endometriosis so eating a lot of bio fruit and veg. Including carrots and sweet potatoes. My luteal phase is definitely longer than last month but it could be down to any element as I am trying absolutely everything including acupuncture. Definitely starting now on seed cycling.

I seed cycled for about a year before falling pregnant, I would always switch to the luteal phase seeds the day after I got a positive Ovulation stick and then back to follicular seeds as soon as my period showed up
