High Prolactin

I have recently had a blood test that shows my prolactin levels are high (830 miu/ml or 39ng/ml) I am waiting on a follow up test later this month. I have regular cycles but OPKs don't pick up an LH peak on some months. Does anyone have any success stories of conceiving with high prolactin or after getting the levels under control? Would love to hear your stories as this is all new to me!
