High(really high) prolactin

My prolactin level has been high last 3 months. May 582, sep 1582 and 800, oct 3500 😭 Waiting on endocrinologist appointment. I did ovulate this month, really bad cramps and ovulation pain, confirmed by LH strips and BbT spike 3 days after ovulation. So I'm in my TWW. First month trying If i don't get pregnant i know why, its the prolactin If i get pregnant, what should i do immediately. Would the GP(in UK) make it urgent like prescribe progesterone tablets as i know the prolactin affects the P production Just a precaution and to plan ahead Thanks in advance 🙏
