Newbie

Hi all my fellow mamas!! I’m 38 and married to my best friend. Our daughter is 2 and such an independent toddler lol but very needy. I’m new to the whole spiritual aspect but want to start incorporating meditations, yoga, and finding inner peace in myself. I’m shy and suck with motivation. I’m looking for tips, tricks, advice, etc to help me start living a more peaceful and positive lifestyle.

I consider myself a newbie also💕 I started my listening to Opras Super Soul Sunday when I was on Maternity Leave with my daughter and became obsessed. I’ve since read Think Like a Monk Jay Shetty and continue to listen to his podcast. Currently reading The conscious Parent by Shafali Tsabary. I also have a fiercely independent and strong willed child so we have encorporated aspect of the Montessori approach to our home and lifestyle. There are plenty of books on this subject too. I follow Raised Good & Dr Justin Coulson on tips for gentle parenting. Hope that’s helps 👍💕
