Has anyone gone through menopause without HRT?

I’m really on the fence about HRT. Would love to hear other women's experiences.

Hey Dana 🙂 HRT saved my life! I went from thinking I was dying/totally losing it, to somewhere near myself again within 6 months. Peri/menopause is a hormone deficiency. Like any other deficiency, you need to replace what you're losing... What is it that makes you so undecided about having your hormones replaced? 🙂❤

What are the side effects that concern you, Dana? For the majority if women, the benefits of body identical HRT far outweigh any risks 🙂 I'll pop some links below to reliable information from credible sources that might help explain why going on HRT, and the sooner the better, is a good idea... 🙂❤ https://www.menopausedoctor.co.uk/menopause/the-facts-about-menopause-body-identical-hrt

Hey Sharon , thank you so much for sharing . I’m just concerned about the side effects . I had spoken to my doctor about it and she really dismissed the whole thing. She said at this point in time I don’t need it.

I was put into surgical menopause last year because of a cancer scare, thank the Lord it turned out benign. I use the bio identical estradiol patch and the progesterone cream and they have been God sends.

Thank you so much. I’m happy to be able to speak to ladies who have actually gone through this.

That's fantastic that bio HRT is working for you, it can be a bit hit and miss as it isn't regulated! I'm certain you already know the difference between bio- and body-identical HRT, but in case anyone else reading this needs an explainer, this is a really good one... ❤ https://mpoweredwomen.net/medical/body-identical-bio-identical-whats-the-difference/

I am so happy to have come across all of these comments. I recently discovered I may be going through Perimenopause. I’m 37 years old and have been slightly symptomatic. I have to go for further testing to confirm but I’m almost sure I am. My anxiety is on another level! Along with some other on and off symptoms. My mental health is the most concerning at this point. I want to learn as much as I can about HRT. Thank you all for your comments and information❤️
