My son has cerebral palsy, so most of my time if I’m not working, is being spent on his care. I just feel so alone and isolated.

Looking for gym partner at Fitness CF in St Cloud, FL I workout at 4pm when childcare is open. 4-5xweek or I at least try depending on the day. But having a gym partner would help out so much as I am trying to lift heavier.
